  • To hell with the middle class. They seem to be doing ok with their Humvees and riding lawnmowers. What about the working class? You know , those guys that USED to be middle class? Now , middle class = tax attorney, lawyer, doctor. Middle class used to also include blue-collar laborers.

  • What you should be asking yourself is, how did everyone else lose out on this? There was a time in this country when nearly every working man had a pension if they stayed employed until retirement age. Just because they are still getting a good deal doesn't mean you should take it away.

  • I would agree with you limbaugher if the benefits received from society to each individual were also equitable. The problem is that we have developed this twisted notion that being rich makes you a better person somehow. We bend over backwards to worship those that have money in this country.

  • Well, don't look too closely at US mnufcturing numbers. All I can say is, I hope there is room in that bed for us. If you want to see proof of the problem, next time you are in a department store, try and find ONE piece of clothing made in the US.

  • I am very confused. I thought the don't ask don't tell bill was passed to help insure that gays were not descriminated against. Does the repeal of this bill now mean that homosexuals will be denied entrance into the military if they admit they are. That is how it was BEFORE don't ask, don't tell.
